Coverage Areas for Moves with the Truck

12' BOX TRUCK & 2 movers

• $100 per hour (2 hour minimum) with Additional Flat Rate to be determined once we know all the relevant details of your move.

  The Factors Below Will Determine Your Flat Rate. These influence the amount to varying degrees. Some weigh in more heavily than others.

  1.       Travel Expenses regarding the Distance Between All Locations.

  2.       Level of Difficulty for Each Location (i.e. Flights of Stairs, Long Walks, Difficult Parking Situations, Difficult Items Requiring Special Attentions i.e. Sleeper Sofas, Armoires, Exercise Equipment)

  3. Equipment & Material Expenses for Shrink Wrap & Tape.

The Client's time starts when we arrive at the jobsite at the originally agreed upon start time and stops when we finish unloading at the final destination location and we complete any additional tasks (e.g. assembling furniture, re-arranging furniture, taking trash to the dumpster etc). The time required to travel between the start location and the destination location (along with any locations in between) counts as part of the hourly rate.  The time is billed in 15 minute increments after the hourly minimum. For local moves using our truck, we don’t start your time when we leave our office. In other words, we don’t charge you to drive to the first location.

Most of our jobs consist of 2 Movers & the Truck, however, we have pricing for 1 MOVER & THE 12’ BOX TRUCK AS WELL!!

Perfect for Small Moves provides folks with the manpower necessary to complete moving tasks that don’t require the assistance of a huge full service moving company.  We are an affordable moving service utilizing experienced, competent & courteous professionals. 

Unfortunately, movers have a notorious reputation for milking the clock to squeeze as much money out of the client during the job. Our work ethic is second to none. When we arrive at your job site, we get to work at a pace that is efficient yet cautious. You’re not going to see your movers talking and/or texting during your move, smoking cigarettes every 20 minutes and taking extended breaks.  We are in constant motion and do not stop until your job is complete.  Finally, the cost for your job will be clearly communicated to you in person and in writing. There won’t be any surprises on moving day.

• Moving Gun safes over 300 lbs.

• Moving Flower Coolers.

• Moving Commercial / Industrial equipment over 300 lbs.

• Disconnecting and re-connecting appliances.

• IKEA Furniture Policy – We disassemble all IKEA furniture, however, we do not reassemble any IKEA brand storage beds, daybeds or bunkbeds. We only reassemble basic IKEA beds.
